Based on your Energy Assessment, you may be eligible for instant incentives and rebates on energy efficiency improvements, as well as no-cost energy-saving products,

including:

Air sealing of drafty areas
Insulation
High-efficiency heating and cooling equipment and controls
Water heating equipment
Occupancy sensors
Low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators, and pipe wrap
Programmable thermostats

You may qualify for other energy improvements, depending on your property and the results of the assessment.

These offers are for multi-family properties with 5+ units. Energy Assessments are also available for 1-4 unit buildings.
If 50% or more of the tenants are at the designated income levels, you may also be eligible to receive services through the Income Eligible Multi-Family Retrofit Program.
Eligibility for certain rebates and incentives are based on findings from the Energy Assessment.
