THE SPONSORS OF MASS SAVE® ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP WITH REWIRING AMERICA

Alliance supports common goal: simplifying the process for customers navigating decarbonization programs

BOSTON (August 1, 2023) – The Sponsors of Mass Save today announced their partnership with Rewiring America, an electrification nonprofit focused on electrifying homes, businesses and communities. Coming together to achieve a shared goal, the Mass Save Sponsors and Rewiring America are co-developing resources for customers seeking to electrify their homes, highlighting various Mass Save and federal decarbonization programs.

In partnership, the Sponsors of Mass Save and Rewiring America will disseminate information for customers to learn how to take advantage of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), the 2022 federal law designed to advance clean energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through support for investment in domestic energy production, energy efficiency and beneficial electrification. The Mass Save Sponsors will work alongside the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources to develop programs and offerings that utilize IRA funds.
