Community Based Organization Application

This application is for business partners/employers (BPs), training providers, or community-based organizations (CBOs) and training schools in Dorchester, Fall River, Lawrence, Mattapan, Roxbury, Springfield, or Worcester metro areas. Program partners must be willing to employ/support/train interns aged 18 and older. Funding is available to subsidize intern wages and compensate CBOs, training schools, and training providers for service delivery.

CEP program providers must:

Business Partners CBOs and Training Schools Training Providers
Conduct interviews and distribute offers Recruit applicants, support resume development and interview preparation, and assist with program onboarding Deliver training in HVAC or weatherization as arranged by the Sponsors of Mass Save
 Complete intern feedback forms
Host weekly check-ins with referred interns to discuss career goals and address any performance issues reported by the BP or program  Provide certificates of completion and/or industry-recognized credentials 
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship Connect interns to other sources of support as needed Submit timely invoices
Submit timely invoices Support in-person and virtual CEP events as requested by the Sponsors of Mass Save  
  Submit timely invoices
