The hotel has worked in partnership with Cape Light Compact over several years, making numerous energy savings upgrades including interior and exterior lighting upgrades, installing energy-efficient thermostats and more. The hotel received $159,264 in incentives from Cape Light Compact for these energy efficiency improvements. Additionally, these energy efficiency measures resulted in significant energy savings of 173,152 kWh or 583 MMBTU.
