Based on your energy assessment, you may qualify for instant incentives and rebates on energy-saving improvements, including:
- No-cost air sealing
- Up to 100% off insulation
- Rebates on high efficiency heating, cooling and water heating equipment—such as heat pumps and controls
- Programmable and Wi-Fi thermostats
- Water-saving devices, including low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators and pipe wrap
- Occupancy sensors
- 0% HEAT Loan financing for condos and owner-occupied units on a residential rate
You may qualify for other energy-saving improvements based on your property and the results of the assessment. Additionally, based on income, enhanced incentives may be available for heating and cooling equipment and weatherization barrier removal.
