Instant Lighting Incentives

Greater Control. Brighter Savings.

In alignment with the Commonwealth’s climate policy and goals, the Sponsors of Mass Save have discontinued incentives for non-controlled lighting products through the instant lighting initiative. As of January 1, 2025, only eligible products with integrated occupancy, dual-sensing, or LLLC sensors will be eligible for Mass Save C&I Instant Lighting Incentives. Exceptions include projects eligible for and managed through the Small Business Turnkey initiative and Municipal customers of the Mass Save Sponsors.

The Sponsors of Mass Save have partnered with electrical distributors to offer businesses instant discounts on lighting equipment with integral controls.
